I came for Sunday lunch, omg that food was incredible. The service was great, and the atmosphere was good. A lovely nice and relaxing meal with really incredible food. I would absolutely be back.

Made our first visit here in December. Undoubtedly the best fish and chips and apple crumble in France. Service was faultless via Emma and Kath who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A family restaurant run by people who care about people and good food/service. Highly recommended, and thank you to David for 'booking us in'.

OMG this has to be by far the BEST Fish and Chips in France AND in the U.K!! And we are from North Yorkshire Whitby area so that’s really saying something!! Everything was fresh and home cooked, even down to the tartare sauce and it was just delicious!! The service was impeccable. Very Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - we will definitely be back!!

Genuinely one of the best fish and chips we've ever had. I'm from Australia and live in Brighton/hove with my partner and she was equally impressed! Staff are super friendly and the beer is tasty. Highly recommend a visit.

Our first visit to Resto du Lac. We received a warm welcome from Emma and enjoyed the infamous fish and chips. Delicious and lived up to the previous reviews. We were the only diners there- hence just 4 stars for atmosphere. We look forward to a return visit.
